To kick start the new year I spent some time helping out local CIC, Muzikidz. They run after school clubs where kids aged 5-14 attend in large groups and learn to play drums, guitar, keyboards and sing. The emphasis is on social and emotional development, while learning to play instruments as part of a group and there’s an encouragement for children with disabilities and learning difficulties to attend.

I helped out at these clubs for a few weeks as 1 part of the 2 man team running them.
